Executive Electric LLC had the opportunity to work on the first Commercial Solar single axis tracking system in Connecticut. This system is an unbelievable 131 Kilo-Watt system. This system was installed in Plainville, CT and is up and running at 90% efficiency. On this page there are a few pictures of the project. It was a great pleasure to work on such a large system.

"Grid-Tied" Photovlotic systems use inverters to allow electricity to flow safely back into the Utility Companies grid. Grid-tied PV systems may have battery back-up capability, but are not necessary to the system. Grid-tied PV systems are the most cost effective way to generate your own "GREEN ENERGY" renewable energy from the roof of your home, or possibly from any area on your property. PV systems are sized by wattage capacity during full sun, with a percentage of shading and tilt orientation deducted. In Connecticut, a straight grid-tied PV system will typically range in capacity from 400 and 1100 kilowatt-hours per month. As you can see this system can generate a significant amount of power to reduce your electricity costs with clean, renewable, GREEN ENERGY that's generated on your own roof, or from your back yard with a ground mounted system.
